Carol has helped us with strategic planning over a number of years.  Carol is very organised and innovative using a number of creative methods to elicit participant interest and input.  She understands the brief and creates an itinerary that takes into account the work of the organisation and how that needs to inform and make real strategic planning.
She is good at working with diverse groups of people and gaining a real understanding of the ethos of the organisation. This enables her to tailor management training and strategic planning facilitation to the needs of the organisation.  She is a people person who builds strong relationships with the management, staff and board. Carol is very experienced with a deep theoretical knowledge of how organisations and people work and how to get the best out of the sessions.
I would recommend her because she is professional, experienced, knowledgeable and skilled in the work that she does.

Carol is a facilitator that I used many times when I was CEO in The Wheel and over a period of 15+ years. She was a great resource to me in managing the team dynamics that can happen when an organisation grows from a very small and close-knit team into a larger more distributed team. She was very strong in matters related to our team culture. She facilitated several workshops on this and adjacent topics, which everyone on the staff appreciated. She also facilitated several sessions with the board of directors in terms of building a productive and enabling way of working. She brings a lot of energy, insight and wisdom into the room whenever I have seen her in action. She also brings a deep understanding of people and leadership in all its forms, which I believe has benefited from her background in psychology. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a talented and innovative facilitator in situations where group dynamics and team-cohesion-building are important. I can also say that in all of the sessions she prepared for The Wheel where I engaged her, she also knows how to ask really powerful questions. The discussions to plan each session over the years also really benefited from her insightful intelligence in being able to ‘read between the lines’.
