Carol Conway
I work with individuals, teams and organisations to turn evidence-based insights from psychology and neuroscience into clear, practical strategies for growth and performance.
About Carol
A graduate of both Psychology and Economics, Carol is a lifelong Behavioural Scientist with a passionate interest in human dynamics and a fundamental belief in people. Her work revolves around assisting individuals and organisations to achieve more of their potential. On any given day that can include training, facilitation, leadership development or coaching.
Carol’s mission in life is to share information so that those she works with can achieve more; personally, professionally and organisationally. She has worked with CEOs, management teams and Boards of numerous organisations.
In addition to her Freelance work, Carol is currently a Board member of Common Purpose Ireland.
Carol is a believer in the power of story-telling as a leadership skill providing a vehicle for making meaning and helping us to navigate an increasingly complex and uncertain world. As well as facilitating verbal story-telling, Carol spins yarns visually, capturing insights from data to create textiles through knitting and crochet, leaning into the maxim that a picture is worth a thousand words.
