Carol is a facilitator that I used many times when I was CEO in The Wheel and over a period of 15+ years. She was a great resource to me in managing the team dynamics that can happen when an organisation grows from a very small and close-knit team into a larger more distributed team. She was very strong in matters related to our team culture. She facilitated several workshops on this and adjacent topics, which everyone on the staff appreciated. She also facilitated several sessions with the board of directors in terms of building a productive and enabling way of working.
She brings a lot of energy, insight and wisdom into the room whenever I have seen her in action.
